Emotional Disconnect in Families

February 2, 20262 min read

Quality connection requires attention, not just physical presence.

A family may spend time together without actually connecting emotionally. Watching television together is not always the same as having meaningful interaction.

Small moments of genuine attention can gradually rebuild emotional closeness.

Quality connection requires attention, not just physical presence.
