Instead of asking, "What is my life's purpose?" begin with smaller questions: What matters to me? What am I good at? What energizes me? Who do I want to help?
Purpose can change as we move through different stages of life. What feels meaningful in your twenties may not be the same in your forties or fifties.
Exploring rather than pressuring yourself to find one perfect answer can make the journey more meaningful.
